BEAN <br /> COUNTY CLERK MACON COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTION ASCERTAINING PREVAILING <br /> RATE OF WAGES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> PUBLIC WORKS BY CONTRACT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the general prevailing rate of wages in this locality for work in the <br /> construction of public works by contract be, and the same is hereby, ascertained to be as set out <br /> in Exhibit A hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause <br /> this Resolution along with said Exhibit to be on file and available for public inspection at the <br /> office of said Clerk, and to cause a duly certified copy thereof to be filed in the office of the <br /> Secretary of State. <br /> Section 3. That the notice, a copy of which is hereto attached, be, and the same is <br /> hereby, approved, and said Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the same <br /> to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this lst day of June, 2015. <br /> C <br /> ic'hdelqt.
