Adm. Code 1535.204. Staff <br /> recommends that a variance from the requirements of 92 Ill. Adm. Code 1535.204 be granted <br /> to allow maintenance of the existing grades on the southwest highway approach, as the close <br /> proximity and elevation differential between the CSX tracks and US Route 36 makes <br /> rehabilitation of the southwest approach grades cost prohibitive. Staff recommends that the <br /> cost to rehabilitate and maintain the east highway approach be considered the City's <br /> contribution to the project. <br />
