1 <br /> C 2 01ST- <br /> Illinois Department Resolution for Improvement by <br /> �a Municipality Under the Illinois <br /> of Transportation Highway Code <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br /> Council or President and Board of Trustees <br /> City of Decatur Illinois <br /> City,Town or Village <br /> that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code: <br /> Name of Thorouhfare Route From To <br /> Ocean Trail Road U.S. Route 36 300' East <br /> 27 Street U.S. Route 36 300' Northeast <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, <br /> 1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of improvement of the north approach pavement at each crossing <br /> with the CSX railroad tracks to conform to State standards. Install pavement markings to delineate the <br /> RR crossing. Work is in accordance with ICC Stipulated Agreements 1829 and 1855. <br /> and shall be constructed variable width wide <br /> and be designated as Section —1 5-00505-00-FP <br /> 2. That there is hereby appropriated the(additional ❑ Yes ® No) sum of Fifty Thousand dollars <br /> Dollars( $50,000.00 )for the <br /> improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> 3.
