Streetscape Festival Power Wiring <br /> City Project 2014-27 <br /> April 6, 2015 <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> ' TO PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: <br /> STREETSCAPE FESTIVAL POWER WIRING <br /> ' CITY PROJECT 2014-27 <br /> DATED MARCH, 2015 <br /> As a reminder; City Code requirements for Minority Participation Goals for Public <br /> Works Contracts are in effect for this contract. These include the following: <br /> ' (1) Ten percent (10%) of the total dollar amount of the contract should be performed by <br /> minority business enterprises; and, <br /> ' (2) Eighteen percent (18%) of the total hours worked should be performed by minority <br /> workers. <br /> All Contractors shall provide evidence of meeting the City's minority participation <br /> goals prior to the award of this project and prior to all payments made for work completed or <br /> ' provide the City of Decatur documentation on their good faith efforts to comply with the <br /> participation goals. Required information and documentation forms are included in the <br /> Project Manual and should be submitted with the bid proposal. <br /> ' AD-1-1 NOTICE <br /> ' 1.01 This Addendum No. 1, dated April 6, 2015, to the Plans, Specifications and <br /> Contract Documents for the above captioned project, supersedes all contrary <br /> and conflicting information of the above mentioned bid proposal documents, <br /> ' which are hereby supplemented in certain particulars as follows: <br /> AD-2-1 PLAN DRAWING <br /> ' 2.01 The attached drawing is for clarification of CABINET FEST-3 <br /> INSTALLATION DETAILS. <br /> Please make proper acknowledgment of addenda#1 on page 15 of your <br /> ' bidding documents. <br /> END OF ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> ' City Engineer: G �� - Date: y—6 <br />
