Council Demo Narrative <br /> March 2015 <br /> 1815 N. 291h St. This case started in July 2009. Water service was terminated on January 6, 2009. The <br /> gas and electric meters have both been removed. The property has been vacant for several years. The <br /> property was not properly winterized and the plumbing lines have broken. There is significant water <br /> damage throughout the house. The roof is deteriorated with one area damaged by a fallen tree limb. <br /> 1170 E. Condit St. This case started in May 2011. Water service was terminated on September 15, <br /> 2009. The gas and electric meters have both been removed. The property has been vacant for several <br /> years. There are several large open holes in the roof allowing water to enter causing significant damage <br /> to the interior walls,floors and ceilings. <br /> 1440 E.Condit St. This case started in October 2013. Water service was terminated on January 1, 2001. <br /> The gas and electric meters have both been removed. The roof is deteriorated. Siding has been <br /> removed in several locations and is rotted in others. There are large open gaps in the foundation. <br /> Several windows are broken with jagged glass remaining. <br /> 1222 E. Logan St. This case started in March 2014. Water service was terminated on January 23, 2012. <br /> The gas meter has been removed;the electric meter is in the locked position. The roof is deteriorated in <br /> several areas. The foundation has open gaps. The soffit and fascia areas are rotted. There are several <br /> broken windows with jagged glass remaining. <br /> 945 E. Main St. The case pertains to the garage at this address only. This case started in January 2015. <br /> There are no gas, electric or water utilities to this structure. The garage has serious structural defects <br /> causing it to lean significantly. There are open holes in the roof and broken and rotted rafters. There is <br /> missing and rotted siding. No doors or windows remain. The structure is full of debris. <br /> 605 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. This case started in April 2013. Water service was terminated on <br /> March 26, 2014. The gas and electric meters are locked in the off position. Major settling has occurred <br /> causing significant damage to interior walls and floors. The basement stairs have fallen into the <br /> basement. There is significant water damage to interior surfaces from roof leaks and broken plumbing. <br /> 1579 N. Morgan St. This case started in May 2011. Water service was terminated on March 5, 2010. <br /> The gas and electric meters have both been removed. The property has been vacant for several years. <br /> There are large open holes in the roof of the main structure and the porch. There are several broken <br /> windows with jagged glass remaining. Water has been allowed to enter into the structure causing <br /> significant damage to walls,floors and ceilings. <br /> 1837 N. Morgan St. This case started in August 2012. Water service was terminated on November 5, <br /> 2014. The gas meter has been removed and the electric meter is locked in the off position. There are <br /> broken windows with jagged glass remaining. Exterior siding is rotted or completely missing in some <br /> locations. <br />
