Robert sends all engineered <br /> documents to customers for approval,and communicates the production schedule <br /> as it progresses. He is an adept problem solver and ensures the best custom <br /> service. <br /> ' Robert Kitchen <br /> Brian Bauman,Head of Engineering <br /> Brian has been with Brasco for nearly four years and has been involved in the <br /> ' manufacturing industry for almost twelve. Brian and his team are responsible for <br /> each product's design and functionality. He collaboratively works with the sales <br /> team and their clients to develop exemplary products that meet the needs set forth <br /> ,. by the client. Brian has extensive knowledge with various CAD design software <br /> ' systems. <br /> Brian Bauman <br /> Paul Olinzock,Head of Purchasing <br /> Paul has been with Brasco for nearly three years and manages all materials <br /> purchasing.He is a vital resource for putting the best materials possible into each <br /> order,while staying within budget. Paul has been instrumental in streamlining <br /> ' Brasco's supply chain,improving the company's buying power,and reducing costs <br /> for clients across the board. Paul ensures that all materials included are compliant <br /> with Buy American requirements. <br /> ' Paul Olinzock <br /> Charles"Chuck"Carrier,Head of Operations <br /> ' Chuck has been with Brasco for over 5 years and oversees all manufacturing <br /> operations and shop foremen. He implements the quality control processes and <br /> makes sure they are administered throughout the production process. Chuck leads <br /> ' the production crew to ensure schedules are met and orders are precise. <br /> Charles Carrier <br /> Cristina Sullivan,Controller <br /> With Brasco for over either years,Cristina is responsible for the accounting of the <br /> ' company and office operations.
