A written report should accompany each monthly report to <br /> include detail information gathered about expenditures, meeting attendance, grants, <br /> and activities. <br /> Levels of Accomplishment- Performance Goals <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, <br /> the Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services with a <br /> completion date as follows: <br /> Total Units Completion Date <br /> Activity#1—(8)neighborhood organization <br /> grants <br /> Activity#2 - (15)organizational meetings <br /> December 11, 2015 <br /> Activity#3—(100+)provide educational <br /> classes,in home maintenance,arts and <br /> horticulture <br /> Activity#4 (16)neighborhood residents <br /> participating in RNNC <br /> B. Staffing <br /> Executive Board- 100% <br /> Activities will be carried out by the Executive Board. <br /> C. Performance Monitoring <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against the goals and <br /> performance standards substandard performance as determined by the City will <br /> constitute noncompliance with this agreement. If action to correct such substandard <br /> performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time as <br /> specified by the City then, after being notified by the City, contract suspension or <br /> termination procedures will be initiated. <br /> II. TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br /> Services of the Subrecipient shall NOT begin until a Notice to Proceed has been issued by the <br /> Neighborhood Services Department-Neighborhood Outreach Division.
