RESOLUTION NO. R 2015-16 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 912 N. 32nd St. 421 S. Maffit St. <br /> 1324 N. College St. 2030 E. North St. <br /> 1113 E. Grand Ave. 805 E. Rogers Ave. <br /> 1435 E. Grand Ave. <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does here <br /> by find that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set <br /> forth above, are dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and wel- <br /> fare that said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the officers and employees of the City be, and they are hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to give such notice and to take such action as may be provided <br /> by law, including application for order of court, to cause said structures to be put in safe <br /> condition or, if not so repaired to be demolished. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this�1 day of February 2015. <br /> f <br /> M CHAEL T.
