Council Narrative February 2015 <br /> 912 N.32nd St. This case started in March 2014. Water service was terminated on June 26, 2007. The <br /> gas and electric meters have both been removed. There is significant water damage to the interior <br /> walls, ceilings and floors. The foundation is failing in one area and the attempted repair was never <br /> completed. There are signs of mold in several locations. The plumbing and electrical have been <br /> removed in several locations. There is much debris throughout the house. <br /> 1324 N. College St. This case started in March 2011. Water service was terminated on September 29, <br /> 2006. The gas and electric meters have both been removed. The foundation of the property is <br /> deteriorated in several locations. The exterior siding is rotted. The roof of the property has loose and <br /> missing shingles and areas previously patched are failing. <br /> 1113 E.Grand Ave. This case started in May 2014. Water service was terminated on January 25, 2011. <br /> The gas meter has been removed and the electric meter is locked in the off position. The front porch <br /> roof supports have been removed from this property. There are broken windows with jagged glass <br /> remaining. The rear steps are rotted and dangerous. The foundation is deteriorated in several <br /> locations. The interior of the property has been vandalized and plumbing and electrical wiring have <br /> been removed. <br /> 1435 E.Grand Ave. This case started in February 2011. The water service was terminated on May 26, <br /> 2011. The gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. The property has no furnace or <br /> water heater. The foundation is deteriorated in several locations. There are broken windows with <br /> jagged glass remaining. <br /> 421 S. Maffit St. This case started in August 2013. Water service was terminated on September 28, <br /> 2012. The gas meter has been removed;the electric meter is locked in the off position. The property <br /> has several broken windows with jagged glass remaining. There is a hole in the roof that has allowed <br /> moisture into the property. Interior walls, ceilings and floors have significant water damage. Most <br /> copper plumbing fixtures have been removed. The electrical panel has been vandalized. There is much <br /> debris throughout the house. <br /> 2030 E. North St. This case started in November 2014. Water service was terminated on November 20, <br /> 2012. The gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. The interior of this property has <br /> significant water damage on the second floor, making the area structurally unsafe. The plumbing in the <br /> house has been vandalized. There are holes in the walls throughout the first and second floor. The <br /> electrical has been removed in most locations. All of the kitchen facilities have been damaged. The <br /> stairs to the basement have been removed. The mechanical systems for the property are in a state of <br /> disrepair. There are holes in the roof of both the main structure and the garage. <br /> 805 E. Rogers Ave. This case started in October 2014. Water service was terminated on June 18, 2013. <br /> The gas and electric meters are both locked in the off position. The roof of this property has loose and <br /> missing shingles; there is a hole in one section. There are broken windows with jagged glass remaining. <br /> The interior walls,ceilings and floors show significant damage from water. There is much debris <br /> throughout. The plumbing and electrical are missing in several locations, incomplete in other areas. The <br /> basement steps are structurally unsafe. <br />
