RESOLUTION NO. 82015-12 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF <br /> DUNN COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ASPHALT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing asphalt presented <br /> herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, in the amount of$118,025, be accepted and a <br /> purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Dunn Company, for their <br /> bid price of$118,025. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 2015. <br /> Michael T.
