R2015-07 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTE <br /> AND APPROVING EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS FOR LAPTOP COMPUTERS <br /> —CDS Office Technologies— <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois: <br /> Section 1. That the Price Quote presented to the City Council herewith from CDS Office <br /> Technologies and attached to this resolution for six (6) Panasonic Toughbook 31 s and <br /> accessories,be and is hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute a Purchase Order to CDS Office Technologies in an amount not to exceed <br /> $27,404 for said Toughbook 31 s and accessories. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 20nd day of January, 2015. <br /> C EL T.
