RESOLUTION NO. 2014-140 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT AND <br /> APPOINTING INTERIM CITY MANAGER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Decatur and Gregg Zientara for the <br /> appointment by the City of Gregg Zientara as Interim City Manager be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3. That effective December 30, 2014, or the date that Ryan P. McCrady resigns, <br /> whichever date is earlier, Gregg Zientara be, and is hereby, appointed Interim City Manager of <br /> the City of Decatur for all purposes as set out in the statutes of the State of Illinois and pursuant <br /> to the terms of the Agreement authorized hereby, and until further order of the Council. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this JAI day of December, 014.4r <br /> j. <br /> 1 4 My <br /> ATTEST: <br /> z CITY CLERK <br />
