RESOLUTION NO. R2014-130 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER#1 TO THE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br /> THE LAKE DECATUR DAM REPAIRS - PHASE II PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2012-25 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between Hanson Professional Services, Inc., and the City <br /> of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended to authorize Change Order No. 1 <br /> in the amount of$11,700; and a not-to-exceed cost of$155,006. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Change Order#1 to the Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> and Hanson Professional Services, Inc., for a total not-to-exceed cost of$155,006. <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Public Works hereby certifies that the need for the cha e <br /> was not foreseeable at the time said original Contract Agre ent was entered into. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of No ei}ber, 014. <br /> chael .
