Lincoln Ave. 1712 E. William St. <br /> 761 E. Lincoln Ave. <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does here <br /> by find that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set <br /> forth above, are dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and wel- <br /> fare that said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
