That the Pro-Account Plan Sponsor Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Nationwide Investment Advisors, LLC, for <br /> participants in the City of Decatur Deferred Compensation Plan for Public Employees (457 Plan <br /> and Trust) with Nationwide Retirement Solutions, Incorporated, be, and it is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal, and attest said Pro-Account Plan Sponsor Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of October,2014. <br /> L T.
