RESOLUTION NO.R2014-122 <br /> RESOLUTION TO AMEND AGREEMENT WITH ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRANSPORTATION TO REVISE THE ESTIMATED ENDING DATE FOR <br /> COMPLETION FOR BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD STUDY PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the estimated ending date for completion and <br /> thereby the obligation end date of Job C-97-072-10, Brush College Road Study Project, <br /> known as State Section 09-00933-00-BR; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That it is mutually agreed that the revised ending date of Obligation <br /> AL11194 be extended September 28, 2016, making the term of this agreement September 29, <br /> 2010 through September 28, 2016, and <br /> Section 2. That all remaining provisions of the original agreement or prior <br /> amendments are not altered by this amendment. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Amendment to Agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 4. That the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified copies of this <br /> resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Effingham, Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of Octobe 2014. <br /> T.
