RESOLUTION NO. R2014-119 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SOULES BIRD REPELENT COMPANY <br /> -DOWNTOWN BIRD CONTROL- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing services for downtown bird control, <br /> presented to the City Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Soules Bird <br /> Repelent Company, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on filed and approved. <br /> Section 2.
