RESOLUTION NO.R2014-113 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> GALLAGHER BASSETT SERVICES, INC. FOR <br /> PROPERTY/CASUALTY SELF-INSURANCE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur has a current contract expiring September 30, 2014, and <br /> is in need of the professional claims administration, loss prevention consulting, and loss <br /> reporting of a third party administrator for the City's property/casualty/worker compensation <br /> self-insurance program for the period October 1, 2014,through September 30, 2018; and <br /> WHEREAS, Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. has submitted a proposal to provide <br /> professional claims administration, loss prevention consulting, and loss reporting of a third party <br /> administrator for the City's property/casualty/worker compensation self-insurance program for <br /> the period October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2018. <br /> BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal of Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. to provide professional <br /> claims administration, loss prevention consulting, and loss reporting be, and the same is hereby, <br /> accepted and approved. <br /> Section 2.
