RESOLUTION NO: 82014-110 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR <br /> MIDWEST INLAND PORT STUDY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1: That the Intergovernmental Agreement Presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and the Illinois Department of Transportation for <br /> the utilization of$180,000 in State Planning and Research Funds and $45,000 in funds as <br /> provided by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to fund the <br /> cost of a Midwest Inland Port Transportation Study, be, and it is hereby,received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 29th da r of Se mber, 2014. <br /> 41 <br /> MICH T.
