Anderson Plaza <br /> Decatur, Illinois 62523-1196 <br /> Dear Mayor McElroy: <br /> In accordance with your request and in reliance upon the conditions <br /> noted in your Resolution adopted August 18, 2014 the Illinois <br /> Department of Transportation grants the city of Decatur permission, <br /> subject to the aforesaid conditions, to close temporarily a portion of <br /> Illinois U.S. 105 on Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 7:00 a.m. to <br /> approximately 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of holding the Annual Autumn <br /> Shoreline Classic. <br /> The attached proposed street closure showing traffic flow with <br /> barricades is approved. The Illinois Department of Transportation will <br /> furnish no signs, barricades, tripods, lights or flags. City of Decatur <br /> personnel will be required to erect, maintain and remove the signs and <br /> barricades as shown on the attached drawing. <br /> Your cooperation in minimizing delays to the motorists will be <br /> appreciated. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Roger L.
