1 . + <br /> 2- <br /> HARMLESS <br /> HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Autumn Shoreline Classic, hereafter referred to as the "sponsoring agency", for itself, <br /> and its successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, its officers, agents, and employees harmless against any and all loss, damage, <br /> or expense that it or they may sustain as a result of any suits, actions, or claims of any <br /> character brought on account of property damage, injury to, or death of any person or <br /> persons, which may arise in connection with the use of City of Decatur property for the <br /> Autumn Shoreline Classic on the following dates: <br /> Sunday, September 21, 2014 <br /> by the sponsoring agency, its officers, agents, employees, and registrants. <br /> Furthermore, the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third <br /> party liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per <br /> occurrence, and $2,000,000 aggregate, for property damage, and personal and bodily injury, <br /> including death. <br /> If a temporary liquor license is granted for this event, evidence of liquor liability insurance <br /> coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be <br /> provided. The City of Decatur, Illinois, must be named as additional insured on both policies for <br /> the duration of the Event.
