845 W. King Street-Case#2013-01459.This case was started on 04-16-2014. The current owners <br /> and/or interested parties are Alphondus Milton Dobbins II, Federal National Mortgage Association, and <br /> LaVerta Dobbins. Gas and electric meters have been removed from the property.Water service was <br /> terminated on 01-01-2003.The furnace and plumbing are in heavy disrepair. There is a large hole in the <br /> main structure's roof. The front porch is deteriorated and unsafe. All soffit and guttering are either <br /> missing or in disrepair. <br /> 865 W. King Street-Case#2013-001334. This case was started on 09-18-2013. Current owners and/or <br /> interested parties are All Unknown Claimants and Lien holders, All Legatees and Devisees of the estate <br /> of Margie Springfield, Illinois Dept. of Healthcare and Family Services, Eric Dabner, Selena Dabner, and <br /> Janet Chott-Beasley.The water service was terminated on 04-09-10. Plumbing and electrical components are missing inside house. Paint and drywall damage is <br /> evident. Exterior guttering and roof are both in heavy disrepair, causing interior water damage. <br /> 1041 W. King Street-Case#2013-01456.This case was started on 12-05-13. Current owners and/or <br /> interested parties are Michael Wilhelm,Joyce Chammness- NKA Wilhelm, State Bank of Niantic, Edward <br /> Beasley, and Macon County Trustee. Water service was terminated at this property on 09-24-2013. The <br /> gas meter is present and locked in the OFF position. The electric meter has been removed. Numerous <br /> electrical wires are in disrepair and hanging loose within interior. Furnace and water heater are in <br /> disrepair. Heavy buckling is present on interior floors. Heavy sanitation present in house. Plaster and <br /> drywall is collapsing throughout interior. Broken exterior windows are present all around the property. <br /> 750 W. Macon-Case#2012-01318.This case was started on 10-24-2013. Current owners and/or <br /> interested parties are Tiffany M. Howell, and Rolland A. Howell. Water service was terminated at this <br /> property on 03-02-2006. The gas and electric meter s have been removed from the property. Interior <br /> plaster walls and ceiling are in disrepair. There is very heavy mold evident in the kitchen area, namely <br /> on the walls and ceiling. Electrical components are in disrepair. Interior floors appear to be rotted and <br /> unsafe. Water heater and furnace are in disrepair. Exterior siding is sporadically missing. <br /> 890 W. Marietta-Case#2012-02317. This case was started on 11-05-2013. Current owners and/or <br /> interested parties are Catharsis Investments LLC, and Macon County Trustee. Water service was <br /> terminated at this property on 07-26-2012. The gas and electric meters are present but locked in the <br /> OFF position. All copper pipes have been cut and removed.Several interior ceilings are missing and in <br /> disrepair. Furnace and water heater appear to be in disrepair. Exterior windows are broken around <br /> entire property. It appears plumbing components were not properly drained in the winter,and the <br /> fixtures were not winterized causing substantial problems.There is trash and debris present in the <br /> interior. <br />
