1304 E.William St.-Case#2011-02879. This case was started on 04-19-2012. Current owners and/or <br /> interested parties are Terry L. Adams, Lawrence Reif,and Clemestine Adams. Water service was <br /> terminated at this property on 11-13-2002. The gas meter has been removed from the property. The <br /> electric meter is present and is locked in the OFF position. The porch roof has collapsed. The roof is in <br /> disrepair. Exterior soffit is missing. Exterior guttering is in disrepair and missing. Plumbing system <br /> appears not to have been winterized,causing extensive damage. Furnace appears to be in disrepair. <br /> 1314 E.William St.-Case#2011-02877. This case was started on 04-19-2012. Current owners and/or <br /> interested parties are Terry Lee Adams and Jillian Norman. Water service was terminated at this <br /> property on 05-10-2001. The gas meter has been removed. The electric meter is present but locked in <br /> the OFF position. Exterior guttering and soffit is missing and in disrepair. The west side of roof has <br /> numerous large gaping holes present.The furnace appears in disrepair. Interior walls, ceilings and floors <br /> are heavily water damaged. Interior plumbing appears to not have been winterized causing damage. <br /> 865 W.Wood St.-Case#2012-02243. This case was started on 09-26-2012. Current owners and/or <br /> interested parties are Brunsgaard Re Invest LLC, and ETC Virginia Pilegard IRA 12180. Water service was <br /> terminated at this property on 02-15-2011. The gas and electric meters are present and locked in the <br /> OFF position. All interior plumbing has been removed from the property. Numerous electrical wiring <br /> components are missing or exposed.The roofs on the main structure and garage are damaged beyond <br /> repair. Exterior brick is deteriorating and collapsing. Several interior walls are missing plaster. <br /> Numerous broken windows are present. <br />
