NOW THER>rFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B1' THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That in compliance with the aforementioned AGR FEI ENTT, it is necessary for the CITY of DECATUR to appropriate sufficient funds to pay its share of the cost of said improvement, Section 2. That the CITY OF DECATUR has appropriated the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($1420,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary, from any money now or hereafter allotted to the City of Decatur to pay its share of the cost of this improvement a,, provided it the AGREEMENT; and Section 3. That the CITY OF DECATUR agrees to pass a supplemental resolution to provide any necessary funds for its share of the cost of this improvement if the amount appropriated herein proves to be insufficient to cover said cost. Section 4. That the Clerk shall immediately transmit three (3) certified copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Effingham, Illinois.
