Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, 62523, until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2014, and thereafter publicly opened and read. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The proposed improvement is officially known as: STAR ROUTE ROAD IMPROVEMENT rCITY PROJECT 2014-11 The Star Route Road Improvement Project is to improve approximately 0.6 miles Star Route Road north of Reas Bridge Road, with 0.4 miles of cement modified base, Class A-2 and a Class A-1 bituminous surface treatment in accordance with the plans and specifications provided herein. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: 1. Plans, specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from Decatur Blue Print, Inc. 230 West Wood Street, Decatur, Illinois, 62523, (217) 423-7589, www.decaturblue.com. 2. Payment shall be made to Decatur Blue Print, Inc, by BANK CASHIER'S CHECK, BANK DRAFT, CERTIFIED CHECK or COMPANY CHECK made payable to the order Decatur Blue Print, Inc. No refund will be made for the plans, specifications, or proposal forms returned. ' 3.
