McCrady, City Manager <br /> Gerard J. Bauer, Assistant City Manager for Administration <br /> Randy G. Aldrich, Manager, MIS Division <br /> SUBJECT: Annual Maintenance Agreement for Incode <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that City Council approve the <br /> attached resolution, authorizing the renewal of Incode Court Case Management Suite <br /> annual maintenance agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. <br /> BACKGROUND: Council previously approved an agreement with Tyler Technologies, <br /> Inc. for the City to use their Incode Court Case Management Suite software for the <br /> Administrative Code Enforcement System ("ACES"). The Annual Software Maintenance <br /> Agreement fee is based upon the initial contract cost, and covers both support for the <br /> software and the licensing of updates. The period covered is September 1, 2014 to <br /> August 31, 2015. The Incode Court Case Management Suite is used by City Legal, <br /> Neighborhood Services, and Finance Departments for municipal court administration. <br /> The current invoice includes a 4% increase over the support cost for the current <br /> maintenance period. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTORS: None anticipated. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: None. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Gerard J. Bauer, Assistant City Manager (424-2801); Randy <br /> Aldrich, MIS Manager (450-2239) <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: The $27,513.74 will be paid from the MIS Operating <br /> fund and is provided for in the approved FY 2014 Year Budget. <br /> 2 Attachments <br />
