Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Agreement <br /> Page 16 of23 <br /> 2. bind ILEAS, or any of the Signatory Public Agencies to this <br /> LEMAA, to any form of an agreement of any sort or kind; <br /> 3. disclose to any third party or the public at large: <br /> (a) the discussions to which its representatives may be <br /> privy at any Governing Board meeting, <br /> (b) any documents, strategems or other planning <br /> activities associated with the business or activities of <br /> ILEAS or its Signatory Public Agencies, <br /> (c) any information deemed by ILEAS or its Signatory <br /> Public Agencies as confidential in nature, with the <br /> presumption that, if the information was learned at <br /> any meeting or assemblage of ILEAS Directors, <br /> Officers or Signatory Party representatives, the <br /> information should be deemed confidential. <br /> • A non-member affiliate shall: <br /> 1. to the extent that it participates in ILEAS events, maintain <br /> liability insurance with a Best's rated A- or better insurance <br /> company or a self insurance trust fund in the face or <br /> indemnity amount of at least one million dollars <br /> ($1,000,000.00) which would provide, inter alia, liability <br /> coverage for any activities in which the non-member affiliate <br /> might engage. <br /> 2. advise any individual, who will be representing the non- <br /> member affiliate, of the terms and conditions of non-member <br /> affiliate status and direct that individual to act consistently <br /> with those terms and conditions. <br /> 3. to the extent determined by the Governing Board of ILEAS, <br /> pay appropriate dues for a non-member affiliate. <br /> d. Evidence of Participation as Non-Member Affiliate — Upon the <br /> endorsement of approval by the President of ILEAS' Governing <br /> Board of an application for non-member affiliate status, the <br /> incorporeal entity applying for non-member affiliate with ILEAS shall <br /> become a non-member affiliate with ILEAS. <br /> 1. The granting of non-member affiliate status with ILEAS may <br /> be revoked at any time and for such reasons as the <br /> Governing Board sees fit in its sole discretion and choice. <br />
