Downtown Trolley Route Change page 2 <br /> Staff considered these comments and reviewed the proposed route. <br /> Staff determined that the suggested service to the Oasis could not <br /> be added to the route and still maintain the 15 minute schedule, and <br /> that this location was outside of the area assigned to the Downtown <br /> Trolley. Staff reconfirmed that the proposed route would be an <br /> improvement for the Downtown Trolley, that it would continue to <br /> serve all of the high priority locations, and that it would provide better <br /> service to public parking along Church Street.
