RESOLUTION NO. R 2014-81 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 517 S. Boyd 1008 N. Jordan St. <br /> 3862 E. Grand 715 W. Leafland Ave. <br /> 1007 W. Green St. 637 W. Marietta <br /> 951 S. Jackson 655 W. Marietta <br /> 717 S. Jasper <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does here <br /> by find that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set <br /> forth above, are dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and wel- <br /> fare that said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
