Date work to begin: 11/4/14 <br /> WATER PLANT - TASK LIST <br /> TUESDAY and THURSDAY/ 6 HOURS PER DAY <br /> WORK HOURS: FROM 5:00 P.M. THROUGH 11:00 P.M. <br /> EXCLUDING CITY HOLIDAYS <br /> EXTERIOR WINDOWS and EXTERIOR OVERHANG LIGHTS <br /> APRIL & OCTOBER: <br /> 1. Clean/wash the exterior of all exterior windows and doors around the facility <br /> 2. Clean/wash all exterior lights and lenses (both the inside and outside of the fixtures) <br /> JULY: <br /> Clean/wash the interior of all the exterior windows, doors and window sills around the entire <br /> building <br /> BREAK ROOMS: <br /> TUESDAY &THURSDAY: <br /> 1. Empty all waste receptacles <br /> 2. Clean/sanitize and remove stains from all sinks, fixtures,break room chairs, tables, <br /> counters, flat surfaces and waste receptacles. Wipe dry. <br /> 3. Clean interior and exterior of microwave ovens. <br /> 4. Sweep/dust mop tile/concrete floor. <br /> 5. Wet mop tile/concrete floor using germicidal cleaner and vacuum floor mats <br />
