Generally, any of <br /> these holidays which fall on a Sunday is celebrated on the following <br /> Monday. This then makes work performed on that Monday payable at the <br /> appropriate overtime rate for holiday pay. Common practice in a given <br /> local may alter certain days of celebration. If in doubt, please <br /> check with IDOL. <br /> Oil and chip resealing (O&C) means the application of road oils and <br /> liquid asphalt to coat an existing road surface, followed by <br /> application of aggregate chips or gravel to coated surface, and <br /> subsequent rolling of material to seal the surface. <br /> EXPLANATION OF CLASSES <br /> ASBESTOS - GENERAL - removal of asbestos material/mold and hazardous <br /> materials from any place in a building, including mechanical systems <br /> where those mechanical systems are to be removed.
