23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT--This Agreement, Attachment I, Attachment II, Attachment III, and <br /> all its addenda, if any, contain the entire understanding of the parties hereto with <br /> respect to the subject matter hereof and there are no other agreements, understandings, <br /> representations or warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, other <br /> than as set forth herein. <br /> This Agreement cannot be amended except in writing signed by officers of both parties. <br /> 24.
