Our bid response is accurate and complete as of the date of submission. Tires <br /> provided will meet or exceed Federal, State, and Local regulations and are accepted by the <br /> Tire & Rim Association, OE suppliers, and other transit properties. <br /> This bid is made expressly contingent upon the parties entering into a mutually <br /> agreeable, subsequent written contract containing material terms, other than <br /> pricing, differing from those in the bid specification. Any such contract must <br /> address the exceptions to the material terms set forth below: <br /> • Appendix A. Required Clauses. Section 1.0 Ineligible Contractor. Page <br /> 8. Bridgestone will not make the certification in this clause. Please see the <br /> explanation attached to Attachment B, Ineligible Contractor's Certificate submitted <br /> with this bid. <br /> We have included our standard tire lease agreement to be utilized as a basis for the final <br /> lease agreement. <br /> Pricing is firm for ninety (90) days and is based on Bridgestone being the prime contractor <br /> and the sole authorized negotiating party.
