' Exhibit B <br /> RESOLUTION 82014-51 <br /> FAP 712 (IL 105) <br /> Section: 128RS RS-4, (48K) RS-2 <br /> Macon County <br /> Contract No.: 74475 <br /> Job Number: C-97-117-10 <br /> Agreement No.: JN 714-004 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLAN APPROVAL OF <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO LAKE SHORE DRIVE AND 22ND STREET <br /> (IL RTE 105) FROM OLD ROUTE 51 TO U.S. ROUTE 36 <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-01 <br /> WHEREAS, the STATE in order to facilitate the free flow of traffic and insure safety <br /> to the motoring public, is desirous of improving approximately 3.85 miles (20,343 feet) of IL <br /> 105 (FAP Route 712, State Section 128RS RS-4, (48K) RS-2, CITY Sectionl4-00401-00- <br /> TL) from US 36 to Busn 51 in the City of Decatur by milling and resurfacing the existing <br /> driving lanes and approaches, removing and replacing sidewalk curb ramps, upgrading traffic <br /> signals and by performing all other work necessary to complete the improvement in <br /> accordance with the approved plans and specifications. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
