RESOLUTION NO. 82014-48 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO LOCAL AGENCY <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL PARTICIPATION <br /> WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE <br /> FRANKLIN STREET STREETSCAPE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-25 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Joint Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois for the utilization of$1,548,301 of <br /> Federal funds and $761,313 of City funds; said City funds to be paid partially from Motor Fuel <br /> Tax funds, the City's Bond fund and the City's General fund, for the construction, and <br /> construction engineering of the Franklin Street Streetscape Enhancement project, City Project <br /> 2010-25, Section 10-00025-00-SW, be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Amendment of the Joint Agreement with the State of Illinois on behalf of <br /> the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 19`h day of May, 2014. <br /> 7 <br /> CHA Lf.
