RESOLUTION NO. 82014-40 <br /> RESOLUTION TO AMEND AGREEMENT WITH ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRANSPORTATION TO REVISE THE ESTIMATED ENDING DATE FOR <br /> COMPLETION FOR ELDORADO STREET ENHANCEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2006-25 <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the estimated ending date for completion and <br /> thereby the obligation end date of Job C-97-074-09, Eldorado Street Enhancement Project, <br /> known as State Section 06-00625-00-SW; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That it is mutually agreed that the revised ending date of Obligation <br /> AL09248 be extended to April 12, 2015, making the term of this agreement April 13, 2009 <br /> through April 12, 2015, and <br /> Section 2. That all remaining provisions of the original agreement or prior <br /> amendments are not altered by this amendment. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Amendment to Agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 4.
