That the proposed improvement shall consist of Resurfacing or reconstructing various streets in the City of <br /> Decatur with hot mix asphalt surface of varying depths and cement stabilized base as specified. The work <br /> includes the removal, replacement or adjustment of manholes and valve boxes. Class B and Class D patching, <br /> as well as crack sealing are also included in the project. <br /> and shall be constructed Various wide <br /> and be designated as Section 14-00408-00-FP <br /> 2.
