There was an issue as to the term and the <br /> due date of the first payment. I was notified in late June by Mr. Zientara that he decided <br /> to forward a check to the Building Commission for the 6 days of rent at the LEC for the <br /> Police Department and dispatch center under the conditions of the old lease. He also <br /> advised he would be forwarding a check made payable to the Public Building <br /> Commission for rent from June 7, 2014 to the end of December, 2014, as opposed to <br /> making monthly payments as the attached Lease specifies. Hopefully, you have <br /> received the above two payments. If you have not, please advise. <br /> I have enclosed two original Lease agreements. If the Lease meets your approval, I ask <br /> that it be executed and one original Lease returned to me.
