/ �.2 <br /> AMENDMENTTO LEASE <br /> Decatur Public Building Commission and the City of Decatur amend their Lease dated <br /> January 17, 2012, so that paragraph B of Section 1, Lease Term and Rentals, shall read as follows: <br /> B. The term of this Lease shall be for three (3) years beginning on December 1, 2011 and <br /> ending on November 30, 2014. The rent for the first year shall be Two Hundred Ninety-seven <br /> Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-two Dollars ($297,892.00); for the second year Three Hundred <br /> Six Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-nine Dollars ($306,829.00); and for the third year Three <br /> Hundred Sixteen Thousand Thirty-four Dollars ($316,034.00). City may terminate the lease in <br /> the third year and City will liable for rent up to the termination date. For example, if the third <br /> year terminates on May 31, 2014, the 182nd day from the commencement of the third year, the <br /> rent due would be One Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-five Dollars <br /> ($157,585.00).
