4. Modeled results will be analyzed for system deficiencies. Recommendations will <br /> be developed to address system deficiencies. Modeled results of the <br /> recommendations will be reported for the scenarios most critical to the system <br /> performance only. <br /> VII. Identify recommendations to improve the system resulting from the previous analyses. <br /> Develop a prioritized capital improvement plan with opinion of probable cost for each. <br /> Costs will be developed for budgetary purposes. <br /> VIII. Prepare one draft and one final report summarizing findings. The draft report will be <br /> submitted to City for review and comment. City's comments will be addressed in the final <br /> report. Submit six copies of the final report to City. <br /> IX. Consulting Engineer will attend a total of 3 meetings onsite with the City. The first <br /> meeting will be during fire flow field testing as a follow-up to the project kickoff <br /> teleconference. The second meeting will be scheduled as needed throughout the project <br /> to discuss project status. The third and final meeting will be to discuss the draft report <br /> with the City. <br /> Compensation <br /> City shall compensate Consulting Engineer for Services under this Professional Engineering <br /> Services Agreement based in a not-to-exceed fee of$110,000. <br /> A-3 <br />
