RESOLUTION NO. 82014-19 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CHASTAIN & ASSOCIATES, LLC FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES FOR THE FRANKLIN STREET STREETSCAPE PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-25 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing construction engineering services for Franklin <br /> Street Streetscape Project, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and <br /> Chastain&Associates, LLC, for the amount of$50,000,be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Chastain& <br /> Associates, LLC, for a fee not to exceed $50,000. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2014. <br /> trick S.
