Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Franklin Street Streetscape Enhancement <br /> Section 10-00025-00-SW <br /> Project TE-OOD7(067) <br /> Job C-97-023-14 <br /> Chastain & Associates LLC shall perform, or cause others to perform, the following scope of <br /> work relating to the construction of the Franklin Street Streetscape Enhancement between Wood <br /> Street and Eldorado Street when requested by the City Engineer, or the City Engineer's designee; <br /> 1. Answer questions that arise during construction. <br /> 2. Assist with the review and approval of materials provided for the project. <br /> 3. Assist in preparing change orders that may arise due to unforeseen site conditions. <br /> 4. Assist in the preparation of final as-built drawings to document the final condition of the <br /> project. <br /> 5.
