That the Contract of Sale between the City of Decatur and Harrison <br /> Management Group, LLC, regarding the sale of property located at Mound Center, <br /> previously approved by Resolution R2013-104, first amended by Resolution R2013-119 <br /> and amended a second time by Resolution R2014-07 be, and it is hereby, amended. <br /> Section 2.
