Staffing <br /> Executive Board- 100% <br /> Activities will be carried out by the Executive Board. <br /> C. Performance Monitoring <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against the goals and <br /> performance standards substandard performance as determined by the City will <br /> constitute noncompliance with this agreement. If action to correct such substandard <br /> performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time as <br /> specified by the City then, after being notified by the City, contract suspension or <br /> termination procedures will be initiated. <br /> II. TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br /> Services of the Subrecipient shall NOT begin until a Notice to Proceed has been issued by the <br /> Neighborhood Services Department-Neighborhood Outreach Division.
