SCHEDULE: <br /> Maintenance operations for 2014 are currently underway and will continue until December 31, <br /> 2014. <br /> BUDGEUTIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: The proposed resolution appropriates $419,500 Motor Fuel Tax funds to <br /> reimburse the General Fund for general traffic signal maintenance work for 2014. Funds are also <br /> included to provide concrete for street maintenance. <br /> General Fund expenditures for traffic signal maintenance work are included in the Public Works <br /> Department -Traffic and Parking Section budget. They are an anticipated and ongoing expense <br /> of the General Fund. Payments for concrete will be drawn directly from the MFT fund as the <br /> material is used as part of the City's maintenance operations. <br /> Staffing Impact: Staff time has been allocated in the budget for traffic signal and street <br /> maintenance. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: There are no known objections to this resolution. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Illinois Department of Transportation <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Richard Marley, Public Works Director and Matt Newell, City <br /> Engineer. Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any <br /> questions of the Council on this item.
