Caton, Recorder <br /> 1887693 <br /> � �, Book: 4434 Page: 799 <br /> Receipt e: 69610 Recording Fee: 140.00 <br /> Pages Recorded: 3 Authorized By <br /> Date Recorded: 5/19/2015 2:24:03 PM <br /> 1111111111!1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-17 <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO <br /> M-1 INTENSE COMMERCIAL/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> - 3200-3400 BLOCKS EAST MOUND ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of April, 2015, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Tim Vieweg, to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> The Southwest Quarter(SW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter(SE 1/4) of Section 30, <br /> Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3`d P.M. except the following: The East <br /> 20 acres of the Southwest Quarter(SW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter(SE 1/4) of <br /> Section 30 Township 17N, Range 3E of the Third Principal Meridian(exclusive <br /> of the public right of way of Mound Road); The East 20 acres of the following : <br /> beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 17 Northb Range 3 <br /> East of the 3`d P.M., thence North 3 3.10 chains, thence East 30.21 chains, thence <br /> South 33.10 chains, thence West 30.21 chains to the place of beginning; The East <br /> 40 acres of the South 33.10 chains of the Southwest Quarter(SW 1/4) of Section <br /> 30, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3`d P.M., except the right of way of <br /> the Champaign Branch of the Illinois Central Railroad Company and except also, <br /> the right of way for State Route 48. <br /> All Situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />
