Anderson Plaza <br /> Decatur, EL 62523 <br /> For the Attention of the City Council <br /> Dear City of Decatur: <br /> The_Qakwood Business Association is submitting a petition to host block parties on Oakland Ave on <br /> the fo owing dates. <br /> 5/09/2015 <br /> 7/11/2015 <br /> 8/22/2015 <br /> 9/19/2015 <br /> We are requesting permission to close the street from 12PM oji each dale till i PM the following day. <br /> A petition has been filed with the city police department. We are requesting a tended hours as we did <br /> last year to accommodate the music stage delivery, set-up, tear down, and picL up. We will reoper, the <br /> street as soon as the stage is safely removed from the street. Ideally, we will have the street closed by <br /> 2AM following each block party. <br /> Upon approval of the street closing, Lock Stock and Barrel is requesting the permission to sell alcohol <br /> on the street for consumption within the set perimeter of the block party. Alcohol will be sold between <br /> the hours of 12:00 pm and 11:59pm on the block party dates listed above. <br /> Lock Stock and Barrel will agree adhere to all city liquor regulations and include all sales on food and <br /> beverage tax return. <br /> Our Live music will be scheduled between 12:OOPM each date and go no later than 12:1 OAM. <br /> Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter. <br /> SincereI , <br /> Gregg Meisenhelter <br /> Owner <br />
