Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of March 5,2015 continued: <br /> Mr. Jack Myatt asked what type of employment opportunties this would bring. <br /> Mr. Caccomo stated at full occupancy which will be in twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months they <br /> hope to have twenty-five (25)jobs in baking, packing and distrubution. <br /> Mr. Bruce Frantz asked if they planned to do any demolishing or an addition to the building. Mr. <br /> Caccomo said they plan to reconfigure some of the rooms inside and he feels as they incubate <br /> some smaller companies, and as they grow, they will add additional Food manufacturing <br /> facilities. <br /> Chairman Glenn Livingston asked how long it would take before they are operating. Mr. <br /> Caccomo stated they should be in production between six (6) and seven (7) months and fully <br /> occupied within twelve (12)to eighteen(18) months. <br /> Mr. Frantz asked if they had anticipated any partnering with Richland Community College. Mr. <br /> Caccomo stated they will have a very strong partnership with Richland's Culinary Arts <br /> Department as well as their Business Department. <br /> Mr. Charlie McGorray, was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. <br /> Mr. McGorray said he has helped Mr. Caccomo get this project off the ground and running. He <br /> stated they should be able to employ a lot of people. If things go the way they expect they <br /> should be able to employ more than forty (40)people in three (3)to four (4) years. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Frantz/Myatt) to forward Calendar No. 15-09 to the City Council <br /> with a recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
