Bean <br /> ollnta Cferk �� �' �' <br /> �\ <br /> M. <br /> Pj�C) c CO <br /> 0 <br /> s m �. <br /> = o <br /> =r a Cns <br /> V <br /> ai <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-08 <br /> o <br /> a <br /> m <br /> C <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY o <br /> M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO o <br /> M-1 INTENSE COMMERCIAL/LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DIS71 RICT <br /> - 550 NORTH VAN DYKE STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of March, 2015, upon due notice, the D catur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Judd Bourne, to ezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> All of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 (except the West 20 feet of Lot 7) in Block 2 f S.K. <br /> Thompson's Second Addition to the City of Decatur, as per plat record d in Book <br /> U, Page 623 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, ying <br /> North of the Wabash Railway right of way, except the right of way of t e Illinois <br /> Traction, Inc., in Section 15, Township 16, Range 2 East of the Third P incipal <br /> Meridian, <br /> from M-2 Heavy Industrial District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industria District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that th prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereb , rezoned from <br /> M-2 Heavy Industrial District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial Di trict. <br />
