That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereb , rezoned from <br /> M-2 Heavy Industrial District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial Di trict. <br />
