r � <br /> t <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-07 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 28 - <br /> - UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That a new Article 10 of Chapter 28 of the City Code of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, titled Minority Participation Goals for Public Works Contracts, <br /> shall provide as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 2. That the current Article 10 of said Chapter 281, titled General <br /> Provisions, be and is hereby renumbered Article 11. <br /> Section 3.
